What is the difference between Old School Runescape and new Runescape?

After Runescape moved up to its third form, players started to require the arrival of the “old school rendition,” and in the long run, Jagex brought it back. Old School Runescape and New School Runescape are two totally different adaptations of a similar game.

The main thing to recollect is that Old School Runescape will be Runescape 2, similarly as it was 10 years prior. The new form is Runescape 3, which has these redesigns:

  • The map’s features have changed

  • There is an improved combat system with real actions instead of only turn-based combat
  • A much bigger community

Runescape 3 gets new satisfied consistently, though Old School Runescape changes in view of local area surveys. There have not been any large, phenomenal updates to Old School Runescape, which keeps it as near the first as could be expected.

Runescape Classic isn’t Old School Runescape. RuneScape Classic is the first game, which was moved up to RuneScape 2.
