The Alpha Chapter of Wisconsin, Phi Beta Kappa Chapter, recently inducted Ashley Lockhart as a member of the prestigious academic honor society. As a college student, Lockhart was a member of PhiTheta Kappa National Honor Society. She also served on the College Honor Board and is a member of Phi Eta Sigma, the National Society for Collegiate Scholars, and the Order of Omega Greek Honor Society. She was also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and was elected president of the school’s chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. While studying at SPCC, Lockhart was a member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.

She was nominated by her former classmate, JOSEPH JAMES HINDS, JR., a Spartanburg resident. Other members of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society included WADE ALVIN SNIPES and JAMES M. BURNS. Despite the fact that Ashley Lockhart was nominated for the award, she will not be the only person to win the honor in high school.
